Paula Church was trained in England in fine arts. After moving to Australia, she continued her passion for painting native flora and fauna, including painting often at Sydney’s Royal Botanical Gardens. She has been an artist-in-residence at Ayres Rock Sails of the Desert Hotel and the Lewin exhibition at the State Library of NSW. Her most notable commission was painting all of the heraldic crests on the Diamond Jubilee State Coach for Her Majesty the Queen, which has since become the Queen’s favourite carriage.
Paula sells a wide range of prints, originals, fridge magnets and bookmarks at The Rocks Markets. She paints on-site and welcome commissions from visitors.
