The tasting plates provide a bold and robust expression of flavours, using Australia’s finest and freshest produce. Confit duck and pomegranate salad or Beef medallions in Yorkshire pudding provide two of the highlights from a menu that is as delicious as it is diverse.

During summer, the room opens up with floor to ceiling windows offering an open air view of Sydney Harbour which together with the riverstone and ironwood beams of the interior creates an earthy, comfortable atmosphere.

 fino adjoins Sydney’s most fun and unique bar, minus 5º. Chilled to -5ºC, the bar has been attracting media, celebrities and the general public in their droves with its lure of delicious vodka cocktails and amazing icy interior. Fino is available for functions, weddings and conferences.
