Native-inspired specials include squid, spiced with lemon myrtle, chilli and coconut, or try the quandong and chilli chicken wings. You might also opt for the kangaroo sirloin, with native spices and house salad, followed by delicate lemon myrtle pannacotta with wild berries, rosella flower and macadamia.
