Join Grain on a journey of flavour, appreciation and discovery with the Summer of Gin festival, 12 January – 2 March 2018. 

The celebrations kick off on Friday 12 January with the unveiling of the exclusive Grain Archie Rose Gin, a custom batch formed with a botanical blend hand-selected by the bar team. Learn the ins and outs of the gin-making process from Lachie Beange of Archie Rose.

Throughout the two months, select from a special menu of gin-based cocktails, from the classics to experimental concoctions. Plus enjoy the holy grail of gin cocktails – the Grain signature martini.

Newcomers are also welcome with an introductory Australian gin tasting plate, a selection of three of local gins (available from 19-26 January). Or for those more well-versed, learn how to enhance your experience with an elite matching menu of select gins and boutique tonic and garnish suggestions (16-22 February).

Take your gin obsession to the next level with a unique sensory experience where fragrance and mixology meet with the chance to design your own perfume from gin botanicals (early February).

After learning about all things gin, the celebrations will come to a close with the unexpected flavour sensation of a house-made ginfusion selection (23 February – 2 March).
