Inspired by Head Chef Junda Khoo’s cherished memories of cooking alongside his amah in the family kitchen, every bite tells a story of tradition and will transport you straight to the hawker stalls.

Savour thick, spicy Laksa, celebrated as one of Sydney's finest, its al dente noodles mingling with a rich symphony of spices.
