This Easter, celebrate with family and loved ones at Mode Kitchen & Bar whilst indulging in a selection of the season’s finest produce, hand-selected by Head Chef Francesco Mannelli.
Guests will be treated to a buffet of fresh local seafood, premium meats sourced from Australian farmers and a selection of the region’s top seasonal vegetables. This exclusive lunch will be available on Sunday 1 April from 12pm – 4pm for $125 per person. Highlights include roasted lamb saddle with mushrooms and truffle, wood-roasted New Zealand snapper, diamond clams and Coffin Bay mussels. Also included is unlimited wine, beer and soft drink.
Of course, it wouldn’t be Easter without treats. Savour a selection of chocolates, pastries and delicate sweets at a carefully crafted dessert station. For those wanting to take their experience to the next level, free-flowing Champagne will be available for an additional $75.00.
