Francesco Mannelli and his talented team have crafted a series of special offers showcasing fresh Australian black truffles. Curious diners and truffle enthusiasts alike can enjoy the festival from 19 June until mid-August.
Discover a complete three-course tasting menu that highlights the versatility of black truffle ($90 per person), make an event of it with a group chef’s table experience ($175 per person), or try what is perhaps the restaurant’s most daring creation – truffle cocktails ($25 each).
For those wanting to simply indulge in the à la carte menu, truffle additions are offered with signature dishes, plus Mannelli’s renowned wild mushroom and truffle risotto makes a return.
