Tayim is joining forces with one of Australia’s most awarded micro-distilleries for a series of special evenings beginning with the launch event to be held on the 18th of April 2019, the Thursday before the Easter long weekend. Come in for a drink and meet brand ambassador Lachie Beange and learn about their distillery, get to sample some of their beautiful gin, and try some amazing ‘limited’ cocktails by the bar team at Tayim..
Not to be left out, chef Ran Kimelfeld will be putting up a series of special dishes incorporating some of their award winning gin every Friday until the 10th of May including:
*Cured salmon with gin compressed cucumber, green chilli and mint.
*NY deli style (chopped) liver with Challa bread and gin pickled onionsspan
*Smokey eggplant and goats cheese croquets with gin and herb aioli
*Slow cooked lamb spare ribs with a date and gin glaze
Lachie and the Archie Rose team will be found roaming Tayim’s bar. Bar space is available for walk-ins.
