- The “Fair Dinkum Flora” combines local Four Pillars Gin with lemon myrtle and earl grey syrup for a slightly sweet and nutty cocktail that pairs perfectly with the lemon myrtle pannacotta.
- The “Sydney Spritz” combines Australian Sparkling Wine with Davidson plum syrup, peppermint tea and crème de cacao as the perfect aperitif to the “Kangaroo Sirloin with native spices” special from the kitchen.
