Charley’s Chocolate was born when a Melbourne couple, Chris & Lyn, moved to North Queensland and bought a patch of land. They eventually decided to grow cocoa sustainably and produce their own premium single origin chocolate.
After two years of hard work, they harvested their first cocoa pods in August 2014 and made 50 bars of Charley’s Chocolate. Their customers loved the distinct taste of the single origin chocolate and since that first harvest, Charley’s has grown fast. Their extensive range now features flavours like lemon myrtle and 60% cocoa, and Davidson’s plum and dark chocolate, all available for purchase online or at The Rocks Markets.
