Nougat Limar began as a hobby in 1985, when Andrew Yiasemides, passionate foodie and nougat aficionado, started cooking up the moreish sweet in his own kitchen.
Andrew initially shared his various recipes with friends and family, before launching to the public from Bon Bon Fine Chocolate, a boutique chocolate shop in Double Bay. The nougat was an instant success, with renowned food critic John Newton calling it the best nougat he had ever tasted in a Sydney Morning Herald article.
Since then, Nougat Limar has gone from strength to strength and now boasts over 40 different products, which are sold in Australia and around the world.
