Kataifi wrapped tiger prawns, yuzu avocado, sweet and spiced mayo and fresh starfruit.
Black Truffle Duck Spring Rolls
Roasted duck, premium grade Italian black truffle and porcini mushrooms, served with a ginger vinaigrette.
Hirsama King Fish
Cured silver skin King Fish served with a wasabi emulsion and fresh kiwi salsa, dressed with a yuzu ginger dressing and rainbow trout caviar.
