National Indigenous Art Fair 2022

The National Indigenous Art Fair returns for its third annual market, a two day festival of Indigenous art, song, dance, smoking ceremonies and more.

This NAIDOC week, the Overseas Passenger Terminal will see two days of Indigenous art, along with smoking ceremonies, bushfood, culture, dance performances and communal weaving circles.

The National Indigenous Art Fair will feature an ethical marketplace, where you'll find over 50 local artists, designers and makers from Australia's leading authentic First Nations marketplace - the Blak Markets - as well as stallholders from remote art centres. From artworks to fashion, jewellery and homewares, these inventive artisans are exemplars of sustainability.

There will also be singing performances by Mi-kaisha, Nadeena Dixon and Djinama Yilaga Choir and performances by Ngaran Ngaran Culture Awareness Aboriginal Dance Group and Wagana Dancers.
