Have your mind opened to the world of entomophagy at the Edible Bug Shop. Highlights include live interactive cooking demonstrations, taste testing and more.

Established in 2007 by Skye Blackburn, an Entomologist and Food scientist with a passion for sustainable food practices, Edible Bug Shop was Australia's first farmer of edible insects and is a world leader in Edible Insect farming techniques, developing edible insect products suitable for the Western diet and educating the general public about the benefits of insects as a source of food.
