The Doss House have created a Masterclass for the whisky enthusiasts to offer a fully interactive evening and in depth experience you will not want to miss.

Loy is an internationally acclaimed, award winning bartender and has managed some of the best bars in Sydney. He has been a brand ambassador for Bacardi Martini Australia and John Dewar’s Whisky Brands for over 10 years and considered one of the most influential hospitality talents in Sydney.

We often treat Scotch whiskies as falling into the categories of blends and single malts.  Which do you think is better? Does this category distinction correspond to a perceptual difference detectable by whisky drinkers? In this tasting session, we will endeavour to answer these key questions as we break down the Dewar’s and Sons whisky blends and discover the malts within. We will also discuss the unique production process of each whiskies and how these effect to your overall whisky experience.
