A minimum of 10 guests are required to book a masterclass

Learn the art of dumpling making with a well-trained and experienced chef during this hands-on cooking class, overlooking the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge. With modern equipment and expert guidance, you will learn the authentic techniques and skills required to make your own dumpling dough, shaping the dough and filling with different stuffings such as seafood, duck and vegetarian.

Any cancellation to reservations should be made no less than 48 hours prior. For no shows or late cancellations, you will be subject to fee of $40 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.
