Dust Off Your Bottles - BYO at Quay
If you’ve got a cellar full of wine, or even just ‘that’ bottle you’ve been desperate to dust off, there is no better way to enjoy it than in one of Australia’s best restaurants.
Guests are invited to hand over their bottle to Quay’s sommeliers to be decanted and enjoyed throughout Peter Gilmore’s award-winning eight-course menu.
Dust Off Your Bottles is available for Saturday and Sunday lunch for a limited time, in the 10-seater private dining room and requires a minimum of eight guests.
Corkage fee: $60 per 750ml bottle and up to one bottle per guest. A magnum is equivalent to two bottles.
