Six Weeks till Christmas Sunday Roast
For many of the Keel's staff from the stormy shores of England, Sunday is an important time to come together with family over a Sunday Roast. Some of them can't head back, others just like to have an excuse to come together for some drinks on a Sunday.
The Keel hopes you'll join them for a variety of Sunday roasts amazingly prepared by their favourite Englishman and celebrated chef, Darren Templemann, while he is in residence at The Keel this Christmas. He will be preparing a different roast each week leading upto Christmas that reminds him of home. There will be even a vegetarian roast with the same quality and flavours that they love.
19th November - Crispy roast free range pork belly served with diced apple sauce
26th November - Sirloin of Australian grain fed beef with red wine gravy
3rd December - Shoulder of Milly hill lamb with minted vinegar
10th December - Free range chicken served with sage & onion stuffing
17th December - Honey glazed ham with pigs in blankets
24th December - Their 'Orphans' Christmas TBA
All roasts will be served with veg, wagyu fat potatoes, homemade Yorkshire pudding & gravy
