Celebrate the Festive Season with MODE Kitchen & Bar! From Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to Boxing Day, they have you covered!

Christmas Eve Dinner

Sunday 24 December | From 6:00pm | $140pp 

Join the team at MODE Kitchen & Bar this Christmas Eve for a three-course festive feast. With a set menu, including choice of Entrée, Main and Dessert and optional Beverage Package add-on. The carefully curated menu combines the decadence of Christmas Dinner with modern Australian flavours and the finest locally sourced ingredients.  

Start with a refreshing Burrata accompanied by heirloom tomatoes & basil, shift to a main of dry-aged, roasted duck breast, with spinach and festive, seasonal Tasmanian cherries and complete your evening with their Signature Frozen Pavlova.  

Christmas Day

Monday 25 December | Lunch 12:30pm – 3:30pm $320pp | Dinner 6:00pm – 9:00pm $280pp 

MODE Kitchen & Bar welcomes you with friends and family to Celebrate Christmas with them! Open for Lunch and Dinner, Mode Kitchen & Bar will transform into a sumptuous festive buffet, serving up Christmas classics such as Traditional Christmas Ham with Maple Glaze, Turkey with Cranberry Sauce, and wood-roasted potatoes, accompanied by their modern Australian favourites, Wild Tiger Prawns, grilled and marinated eggplant with garlic and parsley or O’Connor Prime Rib, with veal jus and mustards.   

Of course, make sure to leave room for dessert to finish, strawberry custard tart, mixed berry yule log, Mango blueberry trifle and many more. 

Boxing Day

Tuesday 26 December | from 6pm | $140pp 

Continue in the festive spirit with a decadent three-course dining experience at Mode Kitchen & Bar for Boxing Day 2023, no leftovers to be found! Make your choice from a set menu including a selection of Starters, Mains, and Desserts crafted by Executive Chef Francesco Mannelli.  

Begin with Wood roasted Zucchi flower with ricotta, truffles, fresh peas and sprouts, for Mains Grilled Black Angus tenderloin, MB 4+, edamame, horseradish and veal jus, and to finish, Mode’s iconic Frozen green Pavlova, with cucumber, apple, pear and dill.
