The Argyle Courtyard

Celebrating 200 Years with the Johnnie Walker Highball Experience

2020 marks 200 years since John Walker first threw open the doors to a small grocery store in rural Scotland, laying the foundations to a bold path that would lead the whisky to the four corners of the world. One of those corners was Sydney, when in 1887 Jack Walker (John’s son) set sail for The Rocks port to establish the brand and the rest is history.

200 years later we’re celebrating the journey we’ve been on and opening the doors to the next 200 years. Nestled in The Argyle's Courtyard you'll find the Johnnie Walker Highball experience. Here, whisky meets alfresco, serving up refreshing tasting drinks that are surprisingly delicious.
