Move between live performances from Egyptian-Australian artists including singer-songwriter Mariam Sawires and hip-hop artist Kid Pharaoh, whose sounds draw on their heritage and contemporary expression. Visit Wael Shawky’s monumental film Drama 1882, which transports the public to late 19th-century Alexandria through a powerful reimagining of history, adding another layer to an evening shaped by culture, community and contemporary art.
