Celebrate NAIDOC Week at the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia with welcoming spaces and events created to honour our Elders.

This year's NAIDOC Week theme, ‘For Our Elders,’ celebrates the role Elders have and continue to play in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and families. The theme acknowledges and highlights the vital role Elders have as cultural knowledge holders, trailblazers, nurturers, advocates, teachers, survivors, and leaders.

The MCA joins all participating venues to celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
