Perched high above Sydney Harbour, Blu Bar on 36 presents its signature Steak Frites, served with sweeping views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge - a timeless classic.
The centrepiece is the Pardoo Wagyu Ribeye, sourced from the pristine Pilbara region of Western Australia. Raised across vast landscapes, Pardoo Wagyu is prized for its exceptional marbling, melting texture and remarkable depth of flavour.
Alternatively, Portoro Premium Australian Grain-Fed Beef MB4+ from Yambinya Station in southern New South Wales offers a consistent, balanced profile and exceptional tenderness.
Finished with Szechuan-spiced shoestring fries, a fresh green leaf salad, and classic accompaniments including Red Wine Veal Jus, Pink Peppercorn or Green Herb Butter, each element is designed to complement the natural character of the beef.
For something sweet, the Shangri-La Honey Cheesecake features three textures of Shangri-La honey and is served with Davidson plum.
Available Monday to Thursday from 12pm and Friday to Sunday from 11am, Blu Bar on 36’s Steak Frites is offered on a walk-in, first come, first served basis (subject to availability).
Priced at AUD 45 per person, it features a 150g Portoro Premium Australian Grain-Fed Beef MB4+, with the option to upgrade to 200g Pardoo Wagyu Ribeye for AUD 65 per person. The Shangri-La Honey Cheesecake is available for AUD 20.
