Start with bold, flavour‑driven entrées such as smoked peppers with yoghurt and pickled jalapeño or a traditional tartare de bœuf, made with prime beef, classic condiments and crisp gaufrette chips.

For mains, savour a 150g Kidman grain‑fed bavette steak with frites or a fresh Salade Niçoise featuring smoked mackerel, green beans, black olives, potatoes and egg. Optional sides, including fennel and celeriac salad or a charcoal cheese gratin, elevate the experience further.

Finish on a sweet note with a refined peach melba gâteau, layering brown butter cake, peach jam and raspberry for a light yet indulgent conclusion.
