Created in collaboration with Four Pillars Gin, this elevated experience celebrates the timeless martini. Prepared tableside to your preference, each serve is crafted from the bespoke Martini Trolley, adding a sense of occasion to every sip.

Choose from three distinctive serves, including the Classic Dry Martini, the Gateway Martini and the Wet Martini, each offering its own character and style. To complement the experience, guests may also enjoy a selection of chef-recommended pairings curated by Chef de Cuisine Jason Phi Huynh, from Sydney Rock Oysters and Rosemary & Thyme Marinated Olives to Duck Spring Rolls with Black Garlic.
