Set high above Sydney Harbour, Melbourne Cup at Level 36 combines the thrill of the race that stops the nation with a sophisticated four-course dining experience. Guests will have the opportunity to enter sweepstakes, take part in fashion competitions including Best Dressed, Best Tie and Best Headpiece, and enjoy live music from a two-piece band. The Melbourne Cup race will be broadcast live across multiple screens throughout the venue.
The specially curated four-course menu by Chef de Cuisine Jason Phi Huynh highlights premium Australian produce. Signature dishes include Ulladulla Tuna with Cajun tataki and finger lime, along with Pardoo Australian Wagyu MB8+. To conclude the experience, Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo presents a creative Pavlova "Cup" featuring passionfruit curd, champagne and mango gelato.
Guests attending Melbourne Cup at Level 36 will also have the chance to win a one-night stay for two in the luxurious Presidential Suite.
