Sakura Season at Saké
From April 8th–30th, enjoy a curated five-course menu inspired by Japan’s cherry blossom season at Saké The Rocks, showcasing refined Japanese flavours and seasonal ingredients.
Highlights include pink snapper tempura and wagyu sirloin MB6+ with black garlic, before concluding with Sakura strawberry mochi with cherry blossom syrup. Alongside the menu, a limited-edition cocktail featuring Roku Gin Sakura Bloom Edition has been created for the occasion.
