Indulge in a bespoke four‑course menu, thoughtfully curated by Executive Sous Chef Michele Menegazzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo.

Begin your journey with the vibrant Cajun Tuna Tataki, followed by the beloved Shangri‑La Honey‑Glazed Duck complemented by delicate seasonal accents. For the main course choose between the elegant Pan‑Fried Pink Snapper with champagne cream and avruga caviar or the sumptuous Australian Wagyu MB8+ with earthy musset mushrooms and charred leek powder.

To finish the evening on a romantic note, guests will savour Oh My Love — a decadent Valrhona Manjari Marquise layered with silky chocolate crémeux, raspberry rose coulis and tender genoise.

Valentine’s Day Dinner will take place at Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 on Friday, 13 February and Saturday, 14 February 2026, from 5 PM with each seating lasting 2 hours.

Premium Window tables priced at AUD 369 per person and main dining room tables priced at AUD 269 per person for the four-course set menu. Iconic wine pairing is available from an additional AUD 85 to AUD 315 per person.

Terms & conditions

 

  1. Advance bookings are essential and must be secured with credit card details.
  2. Dietary requirements should be provided at least 48 hours before the event.
  3. No payment will be processed unless the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the event time. A 1.85% merchant fee applies to all card payments.
  4. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking to avoid penalties, except for extraordinary events (e.g., Christmas, NYE).
  5. A late cancellation fee of $50 per person will apply.
  6. In the event of a no-show, the restaurant will automatically cancel the reservation, and a penalty fee of $50 per person will be charged.
