Treat Dad to a Five Course menu by Executive Sous Chef, Michele Menegazzi including yellowfin tuna with fermented chilli, soft shell crab with smoked bisque and signature Shangri-La muffin with wagyu and pork pattie, smokey BBQ sauce and oxtail hash brown.
Head Pastry Chef, Kumiko Endo will be sure to make Dad’s day, serving up a showstopping S’mores triple layer cake, with caramelised marshmallow and Tasmanian Highland single malt whisky.
If you are looking to spoil Dad further, allow our Executive Sommelier, Matt Herod, to complement each dish with expertly paired wine.
Father’s Day Lunch will take place in Altitude Restaurant on Level 36 on Sunday 3rd September 2023 from 12pm – 2.30pm. Premium Window tables priced at AUD 250 per person and main dining room tables priced at AUD 195 per person.
Iconic wine pairing is available for an additional AUD 155 per person.
