Gin Masterclass
Led by a Frank Mac’s gin mixologist, this masterclass will walk you through the origins and history of gin, tasting five different expressions from around the globe - London Dry, Compound Gin, Genever, Flavoured and Contemporary.
Learn how to recognise the subtleties of each while munching on snacks including tomato, mozzarella and basil arancini and an antipasto sharing board of olives, dips, stuffed peppers, pickles and preserves.
Alongside the five gin tastings, you’ll also enjoy a G&T of your choosing.
The masterclasses are $85pp, held every Saturday at 2pm and run for 90 mins.
