Pianos for the People Pop Up Concert
Composer, pianist and music lover Yantra De Vilder restores and installs pianos in public spaces for the community to enjoy. Join her for a special pop-up concert as we welcome Pianos for the People in Dawes Point Park.
This special concert will feature Yantra de Vilder and The Ephemera Choir and Ensemble, plus special guest pianist Gerard Willems.
Wander through The Rocks Markets to find the Pianos for the People Pop Up Concert on the corner of Lower Fort St and George St. Grab some delicious street food and gather around to enjoy an acoustic concert, that will offer a connection to land, community, music and culture.
The piano is also available or members of the public to enjoy and play for a special two week period.
