Dassai x Mitto Free Sake Tasting

Every Monday during Vivid Sydney, Mitto invites guests to enjoy a complimentary Dassai sake tasting, featuring three celebrated expressions from one of Japan’s most iconic sake houses, Dassai 45, Dassai 39, and Dassai 23.

This tasting explores the beauty of sake polishing, where the rice is carefully milled to create a cleaner, smoother, and more elegant flavour profile. Guests will have the opportunity to compare the difference between each expression, from the balanced grace of Dassai 45 to the refined depth of Dassai 39 and the exceptional purity of Dassai 23.
