Sit at the “Distiller’s Table”, set in the centre of the boutique distillery amidst copper stills and whisky barrels while you meet head distiller Tim Stones and Mikey Enright, one of Australia’s top spirits experts.
Get an in-depth, behind the scenes understanding of the gin and whisky making process, while you enjoy spectacular food and exquisite matching cocktails.
