The Hickson House Distillery is the next exciting bar experience from the hospo-geniuses behind two of Sydney’s most awarded bars, The Barbershop and the Duke of Clarence.

The team have converted a heritage warehouse under the shadow of the Sydney Harbour Bridge into a glamorous New York style loft bar and distillery. The space is home to a functioning distillery run by Tim Stones (formerly of Manly Spirits) that produces gins, aperitifs, whiskies and specialist liquors - all with locally sourced, natural ingredients. 

Learn about distillation with immersive, experiential tours and tastings, and once you’ve found a drop you like, shop at the off-license spirits store or visit the mezzanine lounge bar for cocktails and botanical-inspired eats. Or just grab a quick G&T at the bar - it’s up to you.
