The annual GIO Oz Day 10k race at The Rocks is one of the greatest wheelchair road races in the world. In 2023, the great race will again be started by Her Excellency The Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC Governor of NSW.

There will be many incredible untold stories, with the race featuring more than 30 local and international athletes, from Paralympians to juniors battling it out on a super tight and technical course that will push them to their limits.

Come down on the day to cheer on the athletes along George Street in The Rocks and Hickson Road. The warm-up starts at 8am and the race starts at 9am on George St near Argyle St.

Celebrating 34 years consecutive, The Oz Day 10k Wheelchair Race is delivered by Wheelchair Sports NSW/ACT

This is a free event - No pre-registration or tickets required.
