The Doss House invites Guests to kick start the New Year with an intimate and immersive masterclass exploring how the sounds we hear can transform the way we taste whiskey. Guided by Andy Tsai, Jack Daniel’s Brand Ambassador for Australia, you'll step into a fascinating world shaped by the research of Professor Charles Spence, Oxford University’s leading authority on multi-sensory perception.

Throughout the session, you’ll sample a curated selection of Jack Daniel’s whiskeys while being guided through a specially designed soundscape.

Each pour will be matched with thoughtfully crafted food pairings, created to amplify texture, highlight hidden notes, and deepen the multisensory experience.

This is more than a tasting, it’s a sensory experiment brought to life, held within our historic sandstone chambers, this immersive event blends science, storytelling, and rare whiskey into a truly unforgettable start to the year.
