Stroll through the stunning surroundings, while being guided through a series of easy standing and seated yoga poses, all while incorporating calming breathwork and mindfulness practices.
Take a moment for quiet contemplation and reflection as you learn more about the deep connection First Nations people have with this Country, exploring the concept of “junga-ngarraanga miinggi” (hearing, listening, learning, feeling, thinking, understanding).
These 60-minute Yoga Walks are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of fitness level. So come and join for a refreshing and enriching experience and a perfect opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and spirit.
No mat is required for this activity. Participants must be over 16 to enter (participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian).
