New Year's Eve at Pony Dining

Enjoy a decadent 3 course menu, fantastic cocktails and receive complimentary tickets for designated vantage points to view the spectacular fireworks.

Tickets are $140 per person and include a signature three-course menu centred around local produce their famous wood fire grill, plus for the first time, a complimentary vantage point ticket so you can enjoy the fireworks up close.

The menu includes:

Starters to share

• bread, whipped hummus, parsley oil, roasted cumin *
• sydney rock oysters, lemongrass and shallot dressing
• mozzarella, charred peach, tomato, basil
• seared tuna, rice wafer, whipped avocado, sesame dressing
• duck croquettes, beetroot and hazelnut relish *

Main course

• ricotta and spinach dumplings, brown butter, lemon, sage *
• blue eye cod, charred asian greens, black bean vinaigrette
• roasted lamb rack, mustard crust, warm salad of grilled zucchini, labne, basil oil. *
• rangers valley sirloin, chopped cress salsa, black garlic and native pepper butter
• mixed leaf salad, roasted leek vinaigrette, grains, parmesan
• roasted potatoes, piquillo pepper mayonnaise

Dessert

• tiramisu cheesecake *
• burnt pavlova, strawberry cremeux, black sesame cream
