From their wok‑charred Pad Thai noodles to the indulgent Hor Mok Seafood (a creamy Thai curry custard infused with fragrant herbs and spices), Snake Bark has been delighting locals and visitors alike for the past year. Now, they’re marking their anniversary with a party that blends their love of food, music, and community.

Following the success of Snake Bark’s Record Rummage during Art & Culture Month, the vinyl market returns to celebrate their milestone. From 10am to 5pm, dig through crates of rare finds, classics, and hidden gems from some of Sydney’s favourite record sellers:

The party continues with live sets from Snake Bark’s first‑year DJs, bringing the beats from 11am right through to 7.30pm.
