The food truck quickly became a local legend, with lines around the corner and a loyal following that spread across Western Sydney.
What began in a food truck has grown to four brick-and-mortar locations, including Blacktown, Winston Hills, Haymarket, and, The Rocks! Every store carries the same DNA — the same recipes, the same energy, and the same commitment to serving unreal Nashville fried chicken.
Every piece is marinated, hand-coated, and fried fresh to order. The Nashville range delivers the signature heat, a slow-building, smoky spice that keeps you coming back. Prefer it classic? The Original range delivers the same golden crunch without the kick.
The menu goes well beyond chicken. Stacked burgers, loaded fries, wraps, and the fanfavourite Cracka Box sit alongside desserts like churros, acai bowls, cookies, and soft serve cookie dough - because the Bros don’t do things by halves.
