Blak Markets is returning to Tallawoladah Lawn this October for one-day only!

The Blak Markets are an established, ethical Indigenous market and social enterprise that celebrates the work of First Nations small business owners.
This October, the Blak Markets will return to Tallawoladah Lawn in The Rocks for one-day only and will include:- 17 unique Indigenous stalls
- Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
- a free weaving workshop open to the public
- traditional Indigenous dance performances
- kids workshop
Shop original, authentic and affordable artworks, one-of-a-kind handcrafted homewares and jewellery. Enjoy the markets knowing that 100% of profits made are going back into Aboriginal communities.
The exciting program for the day includes:10am: Markets open
10:30am: Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony
10:45am: Traditional dance performance by Buuja Buuja Butterfly Dance Group
11am - 3:30pm: Free weaving workshop
11:30am-12pm: Singing performance by Maddie Lyn
12:15pm: Children's workshop
1:30pm: Traditional dance performance by Buuja Buuja Butterfly Dance Group
2:30pm - 3pm: Singing performance by Maddie Lyn
4pm: Markets close
